Lidera tu Proyecto (LTP): a Finques Feliu creation
Recently, business leaders praised those firms with a mission. At Feliu with "Lidera tu Proyecto" we walk towards this direction with determination.
1. Introduction: What does it mean to hire?
Recruiting people requires from the businessman or businesswoman and the Human Resources Dearment to detect, the precise needs to be covered before publishing the job demand. Then we select carefully according to the profile sought. Once the chosen person crosses our door, it is necessary to accommodate him/her so that he/she is motivated to fulfill his/her functions: everyone loves to be well welcomed, moreover, when the persons are satisfied they usually do its best.
Hiring is not only about choosing... It implies a bet: with each new person we want to add value. Thus, we understand that, to achieve this, we have to use continuous training.
At Feliu we value long-term experience in our team. However, we also thank many trainees for their "fresh eyes": future belongs to the new generations. That is why training them and listening to them is a challenge that we take on with enthusiasm.
2. Heterogeneity of tasks: the seed of our new project
Last September we sum up what we offer. Today, we would like to describe each dedication in our company because they are all important, unique and require interaction within our team. In our real estate company we do all kinds of tasks:
To solve incidents, invoicing, writing reports, carrying out repairs, accompanying the client during the marketing of a real estate product, managing communities, carrying out building maintenance, drafting scrupulously legal contracts, disseminating information on social networks, managing human resources, evaluating processes, directing the various areas or being our General Manager.
Why we didn't opt for turn this task plurality into something that build us even more as a team and motivates us individually?
3. What do we want to achieve?
The LTP project seeks to encourage us by actively proposing an initiative thanks to which, for example, we can move towards a greener Feliu or optimize our procedures.
We want to overcome the traditional Labor Survey. Let's be clear, it is useful: it allows us to measure the work climate, to promote career development or to make business decisions. However, answering it can be seen as a simple form designed to be filled.
4. How do we ensure that projects become a reality and how can we be part of them?
We seek to promote collective creativity, which is why it is done as a group. Each group of people has to complete an extensive form where, for example, they are asked what they want to achieve, the project they would like to promote, what economic and material resources are needed to make it a reality, who is part of the working group or which department it is aimed at.
We believe that the fact of promoting an initiative inside Finques Feliu represents an intellectual and practical challenge, forges us as a team we expect to see synergies arise that, perhaps, in the day to day might never be shown.
It is a fact that job is a social activity. We must have the courage to break with the unconscious association of "work" with words such as: "routine", "tuff" or "suffering" and show that it also has a strong link with: "companionship", "satisfaction" or "discovery".
At Feliu we have three values which we reinforce with LTP: trust, future and positivity.
