7. Playing our favorite instrument or listening to music (all year round)

Music moves us. But how can we soundproof our rehearsal room?

8. Be hooked by books (throughtout the year)

While you read a book imagination takes off, reason asks questions, and emotion links you with the characters.

Outdoors

1. Go for a walk (throughtout the year) .

Drink regularly and rest when you need to.

2. Enjoy a picnic (spring and summer)

Stop in an idyllic setting to enjoy one of your meals in good time. What more could you ask for? (in case of a group, wear a mask).

3. Swimming (all year round: indoor -in winter, spring and autumn- outdoor -summer-)

You must match breathing and body movements to achieve:

- Perfect breathing: to get "clean oxygen" instead of "dirty oxygen"

The first is achieved when the lung is completely filled and its working capacity is maximum. On the contrary, oxygen is "dirty" when you swim so fast that the lung never fills up. Breathing then slows down and physical performance decreases.

- Working on technique: the movements must be "efficient"

At each stroke, the hand must enter with fingers together. In parallel, hands, cervical, lumbar and feet become a real chain.

You must have the courage to be independent of the expectations of others, and to do so, you must plan the physical load that you will impose on yourself. The author of this article can assure you that with perseverance you will find your optimal performance.

A final warning about marshes, rivers and the sea: all three spaces can have bottom currents that we do not appreciate from the shore or bank (marshes are especially dangerous).

4. Feel the immensity of nature: in a kayak (spring or summer) or living on a boat (throughout the year)

In the kayak you have to: put on your vest, prepare the paddles and carefully enter the boat. After training in a canal, you can try it out in nature.

Another way to feel surrounded by the landscape is to live anchored in a boat.

5. Motorcycling (Winter, Autumn, Spring)

Joan Maria Feliu describes to us with the enormous vitality of a passionate rider:

"For me, riding a motorcycle is a perfect plan for the whole year. However, I have to admit that summer is the hardest season due to the excessive heat that stems from the obligation to be properly equipped for our safety. The rest of the year is an unparalleled experience:

In Autumn, despite the rain, against which one can protect oneself, the roads are fine and going through the multicolored forests awakens the senses, in winter you have to be careful with the ice (nowadays there are adequate equipments) and of spring What can I say without falling short?".

6. Visiting cultural facilities (throuhout the year)

Bookshops and museums, after the first confinement, remain open - while cinema's fight to survive - culture is safe! Now add: concert halls, botanical gardens, theater, circus, restaurants, etc.

Altruism deserves to be the text icing.

Volunteer, donate blood to others or donate money to social causes:

When you volunteer you get back more than you give, moreover, everyone can help.

Donate money is an activity that is criticized for perpetuating inequalities. It is true that the performance and accountability of many social actions must be improved. However, there is also no doubt that without any donation many projects could not be carried out.

Donate blood: Here you have the link to the Banc de Sang.

Share, the boredom is over.
