Know our website as your home

Introduction: the exciting adventure of conceiving the renovation of our corporate site

On May 18, 2023 we will be launching our new corporate website. At Finques Feliu we wanted, in addition to make it available to any internet user, to design a guide to improve your "user experience".

In the first part, the smart phone or tablet view, we list all the sections without describing them. On the other hand, in the second part, taking advantage of the fact that we are going to analyze the "writer" view, we explain each section in detail.

First part: view from a mobile phone or tablet

From the three horizontal lines (or hamburger menu) the following menus are displayed:

- Presentation

- Services

- Property Finder

- Blog 

- Contact us 

At the bottom of the menus there are four call to action buttons which are:

- Property valuator

- Property form

- Communities form

- Your area (as supplier and client)

Thirdly, you can choose the language of the website.

Second part: view of the web page from a computer 

Preview 

In contrast to the mobile view, the horizontal dimension is dominant on the computer.

- The first thing you see is the "property valuator". Are you looking for an estimate of the price of your real estate product?  Get it in less than a minute.

- Secondly, you can complete the "property form". With the information you provide about your property and your contact details, we can send you the offer that best suits your needs. Remember: in the forms those fields with an asterisk are mandatory.

- Thirdly, you can fill in the "community form". It is very similar to the one for patrimony and, like it, it is designed to serve you.

-. In fourth place, oriented to clients and suppliers there is the clients and suppliers area. Here, specify your username and password. Then you will be able to consult all the documents that we manage related to you.

- Finally you can choose the language of the page.

Front page

On the left side of the page there is the Finques Feliu logo that acts as a compass: if you click on it, at any time, you will return to the home page of the website.

- The first drop-down menu "presentation". Answer the questions: what is our history and where are our offices?   

- Secondly, the drop-down menu "services". This answers the question: What do we offer you?

- Thirdly, the "property finder" allows you to sort the products by price and, as a novelty of the new website, now only when you scroll down you can see them all appear.  

Fourth, you can access the blog. Scroll down and you will see all our articles from 2015. As there are many, we have enabled a search engine by keyword, for example you can type "morositat" and results will appear.

To the right of the articles you can see Finques Feliu's overall score on Google and read the five most recent reviews. This is not enough information? Write to us.
