Feliu Games: beyond traditional dinner lunch

We want to be the best company to work for

In Finques Feliu one of our ambitions is that our team feels satisfied as an "internal customer". As our director Joan Maria Feliu summarized: 'I want us to be the best company to work for'.

To achieve this we start from a principle: 'everyone has to know what is expected of them professionally' and we have the double duty, on the one hand, to evaluate achievement degree of each one and on the other hand, the will that the people who integrate Feliu are, as far as possible, at ease with an adaptation to their singularities.

Feliu Games: an experience that leaves an impression

A very important part of well-being is the experiences beyond work and, in this sense, the 'Party Commission', co-founded by Tamara and Maria, plays a key role in promoting everything that involves celebration.

Four years later and with a pandemic in the middle, thanks to the Party Comission and the involvement of everyone we celebrated again the Feliu Games: Before them and, for the first time, there were awards for the following categories:

1. To the person who is the best partner: Mari Carmen.

2. To the best janitor: Rolando

3. To the most patient person: Sandra

4. To the most versatile person: Tamara

5. To the most elegant person: Alba

6. To the most beautiful person: Virgínia

7. To the most loudmouth person: Begoña

8. To the most cheerful person: Suso

Once these prizes were awarded, there was a contest divided into six tests inspired by popular television programs. All of it very endearing and an opportunity to have fun.
