The 'Clúster de Serveis Immobiliaris' (CSIM) taking-off

Finques Feliu co-founded the "Clúster de Serveis immobiliaris" (CSIM) and this forum, as reported by FlandeCoco, recently presented its Action Plan. 

The event was held at the premises of Ferrer & Ojeda in Barcelona, with the sponsorship of Banc Sabadell and the collaboration of F.Services and was attended by representatives of Real Estate companies like ours, institutions dedicated to architecture, construction, equipment and building maintenance, among others. This achieved a remarkable transversality that we hope will give rise to a lively debate that will be the seed of many projects in our sector.

It should be noted that real estate today has an unparalleled opportunity: to be a protagonist in the implementation of energy efficiency, rehabilitation or digitization projects that are linked to the "Next Generation EU" Funds, which have already begun to reach Spain -and the EU states with approved plans-.

It is an amount of money, limited in time, conditioned to the execution of the mentioned plans and superior to the Marshall Plan, therefore, it goes without saying that we cannot miss the opportunity.
