a) Preventive mesuares in cyberspace:

b) Precautions in the common areas of the owners' community (hereinafter OC):
Do not facilitate the entrance of people alien to the CP: in case a person is not familiar to you, be cautious.
- Regarding the person who assures to be a gas, electricity or elevator technician: he/she must have his/her credentials clearly visible. That are as follows: name, company, identification number or other documents that authorize him/her to carry out the revision.
Try to promotes the cohesion of the PC: when we all know each other, the common surveillance of the property is incomparably easier.

Try to convince the community to protect the accesses to the building from the ground, façades and to be vigilant with the empty houses: not only doors and gates are accesses to the houses. d) Precautions in the garage:
Lock the door: it is always necessary to make access difficult.
Keep electronic devices out of sight: we all think of cell phones and tablets, but GPS and SmartWatches are also out of sight. Always keep your keys in a safe place.
Do not leave any kind of tools near the parking space: they can be used to force doors or break doors.
